The Board of Directors of Capgemini SE, led by Chairman Paul Hermelin, convened on February 12, 2026, to finalize the accounts for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The revenue amounted to 22,465 million euros. At constant exchange rates, the growth was 3.4% for the year and 10.6% for the fourth quarter. Order intake reached 24,356 million euros in 2025, up by 3.9% at constant exchange rates, with a book-to-bill ratio of 1.08. The operating margin remained steady at 13.3% of revenue. The net income attributable to the Group was 1,601 million euros. Basic earnings per share were 9.46 euros, down by 3.7%. Normalized earnings per share were 12.95 euros, up by 5.8%. Organic free cash flow stood at 1,949 million euros, stable compared to 2024.
Investments and Financial Strategy in 2025
In 2025, Capgemini deployed nearly 4.6 billion euros in capital, financed by the year's organic free cash flow and a bond issuance. The Group allocated 3.8 billion euros to its external growth operations, including the acquisition of WNS. The Group paid out 578 million euros in dividends (3.40 euros per share) and allocated 542 million euros to share buybacks. The Board of Directors proposes to the General Meeting on May 20, 2026, the payment of a dividend of 3.40 euros per share, representing a payout ratio of about 35% of the net income attributable to the Group. As of December 31, 2025, the net debt reached 5.3 billion euros, compared to 2.1 billion euros at the end of 2024, due to a bond issuance of 4.0 billion euros in September 2025 and the acquisition of WNS.
