2CRSi: Independent Expert Confirms Disputed 194-Server Order
Following the report published by Grizzly Research, the server designer and manufacturer based in Strasbourg enlisted an independent expert to examine the 194-server order concluded with a German customer. The initial findings focus exclusively on this transaction.
A 194-Server Order Under Scrutiny
2CRSi announced the initial findings of the investigation conducted by an independent expert following the report published by Grizzly Research concerning the company and the order for 194 Godì Blackwell Ultra servers announced in its press release of June 9, 2026.
Initiated by the board of directors, the investigation covered all available documentation relating to the transaction, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, bank statements and accounting entries of 2CRSi SA, as well as business intelligence research concerning the customer and third parties involved.
Order Existence and Payments Confirmed
The work of the independent expert confirms the existence of the order for 194 servers placed by the German customer on May 7, 2026, as well as the corresponding purchase from the supplier. It confirms that 2CRSi received the entire invoiced sales price and that the supplier was paid in full, with both payments made prior to delivery. The entire transaction (purchase, sale and associated payments) was recorded in 2CRSi's accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.
These findings relate exclusively to this transaction. The company indicated that it will report on work relating to other points raised in the Grizzly Research report no later than upon publication of its annual results. The intervention of the independent expert does not constitute an audit, a comprehensive review of accounts, transactions or internal control procedures, nor an audit opinion on the financial statements, which remains the responsibility of the group's statutory auditors.
