ADP Group Appoints Three Directors to its Financial and Strategic Management
On January 7th, ADP Group announced the appointment of three directors responsible for development, capital markets, and sustainability. These appointments are part of the organization of its relations with investors and financial markets, according to the press release.
Director of Development and Participations Appointed
According to the group, Antoine Crombez has been appointed Director of Development and Participations. He will be responsible for the development and management of the portfolio of French and international participations. In this role, he will oversee the performance of the asset portfolio, including the two main platforms, TAV Airports and GMR Airports, as stated in the press release. He will also lead development operations, external growth, asset rotation, structured financing, and Corporate Venture Capital. Antoine Crombez reports directly to Christelle de Robillard, Deputy General Manager in charge of finance, strategy, and development. Antoine Crombez joined ADP Group in 2017 and has served as Chief of Staff to CEO Augustin de Romanet from 2018 to 2020, and as Deputy Finance Director since February 2024. A former student of the École normale supérieure and a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, he began his career as a Senate administrator. He played a role in the acquisition of a stake in GMR Airports, where he served as Deputy General Manager from 2020 to 2023, the group specifies.
New Director of Capital Markets and Sustainable Finance
According to the press release, Cécile Combeau has been appointed Director of Capital Markets and Sustainable Finance. She will be responsible for defining and managing the group's financing policy and relations with financial markets. She will retain direct responsibility for investor relations and will oversee financing operations, treasury, and financial risk management, the company indicates. She will also be responsible for integrating sustainability issues into the group's financial management. Cécile Combeau reports directly to Christelle de Robillard, Deputy General Manager in charge of finance, strategy, and development. Cécile Combeau joined ADP Group in 2022 as Director of Investor Relations and Financial Communication. She has over twenty years of experience in risk management, finance, and investor relations, gained notably at Coface and Suez, where she led investor relations. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from IAE Paris-Sorbonne.
Director of Sustainable Development Appointed
According to the press release, Yannaël Billard has been appointed Director of Sustainable Development. He will be responsible for defining and implementing the group's sustainable development and CSR policy, ensuring its cross-cutting integration, both in France and internationally, to strengthen local ties and contribute to the acceptability of its activities, the company indicates. His actions will focus on the following priorities: environmental and energy transition, deployment of intermodality, compliance with regulatory environmental procedures, societal commitment, and extra-financial performance. Yannaël Billard reports directly to Justine Coutard, Deputy General Manager. Yannaël Billard joined ADP Group in 2019, where he has responsibilities in the areas of environment, energy, and sustainable development. A graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO, he has nearly twenty years of experience in environmental and energy transition, acquired notably in consulting, before leading the environmental-energy expertise within ADP Group.
