If the initial meeting does not achieve the quorum, Ageas will issue a second notice on April 18, 2026, for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, concurrently with the Ordinary General Meeting. Both meetings will then be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Shareholders may submit their questions regarding this meeting to general.meeting@ageas.com.
