Antin Infrastructure Partners has promoted Francisco Cabeza and Maximilian Lindner to the status of Senior Partner with immediate effect. This promotion increases the total number of Senior Partners at the firm to ten.
Francisco Cabeza joined Antin in 2022 as a Partner in the London office, bringing over twenty years of experience in the financial sector, including eleven years in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs where he reached the rank of Managing Director and led the Iberian M&A team. He holds engineering degrees from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, as well as an MBA from the Wharton Business School.

Maximilian Lindner has been with Antin since 2013. He progressed from the position of Associate in Paris to Partner in London, after having worked at Macquarie and Oakley Capital. He holds a Master's degree in commerce from the University of Sydney and a Master's in management from the University of Mannheim.
The promotions occur alongside Simon Söder, Senior Partner and head of the London office, to strengthen the senior leadership team as Antin prepares to launch a new fundraising cycle.

Alain Rauscher, co-founder, CEO, and chairman of the board, stated that 'the promotions of Francisco and Max demonstrate the depth of talent within our partner ranks. Their new roles reflect their essential contributions, both in terms of transaction origination and asset management throughout the investment cycle, as well as their role modeling our entrepreneurial culture,' adding that the firm is 'well-positioned to continue expanding its platform in the context of a new fundraising cycle'.
Antin manages over thirty-three billion euros in assets under management spread across its Flagship, Mid Cap, and NextGen strategies. The firm operates in the sectors of energy and environment, digital, transport, and social infrastructure, with offices in Paris, London, New York, Seoul, Melbourne, and Luxembourg.
