Arcadis will unveil its 2027-2029 strategic plan on September 29, 2026
The Dutch engineering and consulting group has published the registration details for its Capital Markets Day, scheduled for September 29, 2026, during which management will detail the strategic plan for the 2027-2029 period.
Arcadis indicated that its 2027-2029 strategy is built on three pillars designed to support growth and value creation. The first consists of focusing investments on growth sectors and markets where the group's expertise is recognized by its clients.
The second aims to simplify the organization by aligning it around client sectors and standardizing service delivery through globalized service teams, while maintaining a local presence and developing its environmental services activities. The third pillar focuses on strengthening performance culture and commercial execution, through incentive schemes and talent development.
According to the group, artificial intelligence and digital are integrated into these three pillars, with the objective of improving the organization's productivity, efficiency and scalability.

The presentation will be delivered by Chief Executive Officer Heather Polinsky, Chief Financial Officer Simon Crowe, Chief Human Resources Officer Jana Belysova and Chief Delivery Officer Hans Dekker, alongside the Global Industry Executives. The event will take place on September 29, 2026 from 14:00 to 16:00 CET and will be broadcast live via webcast.
Arcadis provided an overview of this strategy when publishing its 2026 half-year results on July 30, 2026. On that occasion, the group indicated it was targeting moderate single-digit organic revenue growth over the 2027-2029 cycle and an operating EBITDA margin of between 15% and 20% by 2029, with operating EBITDA replacing operating EBITA as the margin indicator from January 1, 2027.
Based on the strong first-half performance and increased visibility from a record backlog, Arcadis upgraded its full-year 2026 organic net revenue growth guidance from flat to low-single-digit growth.
