Domisanté commits to taking over the Ardoiz business from Tikeasy
Archos announced on September 21, 2026 that its subsidiary Domisanté has committed to taking over, subject to conditions, the Ardoiz business from Tikeasy. The operation takes the form of a purchase promise and remains subject to several preliminary steps.
Ardoiz is a touchscreen tablet designed to facilitate digital access for seniors. Equipped with a simplified interface, it allows browsing the Internet, communicating with loved ones through video, messages and photo sharing, and accessing games and news content.
The solution currently has more than 22,000 subscribers who use it daily. According to the group, the takeover guarantees the continuity of existing services for all current users.
Archos indicates it has been the industrial partner of the Ardoiz solution for over ten years. The teams of both entities collaborate on the design, adaptation and optimization of the tablet and its accessories to meet the needs of seniors.
A transaction expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to conditions
The potential transaction remains subject to the information of the staff representative bodies, as well as to the agreement and signature of the final documentation. These elements constitute the conditions of the operation, as presented by the group.
According to the press release, finalization should take place in the fourth quarter of 2026. The group presents the integration of Ardoiz within Domisanté as the preservation of the existing ecosystem and the maintenance of the quality of current services.
Domisanté is one of Archos' subsidiaries, a French company listed on Euronext Growth Paris and present in three business pillars: defense and industry in mobile solutions, consumer electronics and healthcare.
Three development axes envisaged around home care support
Under the impetus of Domisanté, the Ardoiz solution aims to expand its scope through three development axes. The first concerns assistance in response to the gradual closure of the copper network, with planned support for procedures related to the preservation and transfer of the fixed line, as well as adapted telephone equipment.
The second axis focuses on the deployment of local services, with an ongoing reflection to bring together local services and mutual aid within a dedicated application.
The third axis aims at the integration of connected devices, through the exploration of sensors and connected objects in the home, presented as a means of promoting home care support under conditions of safety and comfort.
