Archos Completes Warrant Issue and Raises EUR 48.4 Million
The mobile and ruggedized technology group Archos closed its warrant issue on Friday, with the preferential subscription rights maintained. The operation attracted strong shareholder demand, with management committing to fully support the offering.
The issuance of 9,675,503 warrants generated proceeds of EUR 48,377,515, at a rate of EUR 0.005 per warrant. The group states that this funding aims to support the continuation of its growth as well as the potential exercise of the warrants into new shares.
