More than 50% of the shares of Logic Instrument planned for the operation have already been sold to date. At the current rate of sales, the operation should be able to close before the publication of the group's 2025 annual results. The average market share price of Logic Instrument is currently about 5% above the operation's set price of 1.65 euros. This positive difference between the average price and the operation price will be reverted to Logic Instrument.
