Argan Acquires Three New Logistic Sites for 2026
Argan Group announces the acquisition of three new logistic sites, leased to Ferrero and Puma, set for delivery in the first half of 2026.
Details of the Acquisition
Argan has finalized the purchase of three premium logistic sites that will be delivered in the first half of 2026. These new sites are already leased long-term to Ferrero and Puma. The site designated for Puma is located in Vendenheim, near Strasbourg, and spans 42,000 sqm. It will house the sports equipment company from the beginning of 2026 under a firm 9-year lease. The other two sites, dedicated to Ferrero, are located in Normandy, in Cléon and Barentin, with respective areas of 34,000 sqm and 20,000 sqm. Their delivery is scheduled for the summer of 2026, with 10-year leases.
Investment Program for 2026
Argan plans an investment program of 165 million euros for the year 2026. This amount includes the value of the three acquired sites and anticipates investments of 140 million euros in the first half, with an average yield of 6%. According to the group, these initiatives aim to strengthen the development of sustainable and flexible warehouses, meeting the operational needs of its clients.
