Argan and Dimolog Inaugurate New Logistics Site in Bain-de-Bretagne
Argan and its tenant Dimolog celebrated the official inauguration of the AutOnom® logistics site in Bain-de-Bretagne, according to a press release.
Innovative and Sustainable Logistics Hub
The AutOnom® logistics site, spanning 30,000 m² with 19,500 m² rented by Dimolog, was completed in early 2025. Located near Rennes, on the Rennes-Nantes axis, this facility is equipped with a 550 kWc photovoltaic power station and 400 kWh batteries, covering nearly 40% of Dimolog's energy needs while reducing its CO? emissions by 86% compared to a traditional warehouse.
Commitment to Sustainable Logistics
The project highlights Argan and Dimolog's commitment to sustainable logistics. The inauguration event gathered nearly one hundred attendees, including local officials and business partners. Argan emphasized the cooperation with Dimolog in this initiative, which aims to combine economic development with environmental responsibility.

As of June 30, 2025, Argan owned a portfolio of 3.7 million m² of warehouses in metropolitan France, valued at 4 billion euros, generating an annual rental income of over 210 million euros.
