ARGAN: ESG Report 2026, GRESB Score of 83/100 and Gold Medal from Ethifinance
ARGAN, a French real estate company specializing in premium warehouses, published its 2026 ESG report on Wednesday. The document highlights the progress made in 2025, the first milestone of its 2023-2030 roadmap.
Environment and Governance: Results and Structural Adaptations
In terms of the environment, ARGAN conducted a resilience study with Carbone 4 on its warehouse park against climate risks up to 2085. This analysis identified only one site presenting a clear risk that justified further evaluation and a specific plan. Regarding governance, the group has tightened its Supervisory Board to six members with equal representation of women and men and one-third independent members, in compliance with the MiddleNext code.
Progress in Extra-Financial Ratings and Certifications
ARGAN received a state certification 'companies committed to nature' for its biodiversity approach, validated by the French Office for Biodiversity. This commitment is based on 8 ambitious goals. Extra-financial ratings are improving: ARGAN's first GRESB rating for 2024 was established at 83 out of 100. Sustainalytics maintains a low risk rating (16.1). The group also earned a gold medal from Ethifinance (83 out of 100) and a silver medal from Ecovadis (73 out of 100).
