ARGAN Leases 10,000 sqm to MPM Group in Augny
ARGAN announces the signing of a lease for 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at its AutOnom® site in Augny (57), located in the Metz region. The tenant is MPM Group, a company specializing in professional sound, lighting, video, and stage structure solutions.
Details of the Lease
The lease pertains to a logistics platform comprising 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, situated on the Frescaty plateau in Augny (57), close to the ARGAN warehouse leased to Amazon, which spans 185,000 sqm. This site will serve as a logistical and technical hub for MPM Group, where they will store their equipment and handle its preparation. The building is certified BREEAM Very Good, based on the absence of gas, the installation of electric heat pumps, and the use of a photovoltaic plant coupled with storage batteries.
Immediate Re-leasing and Expansion Potential
The AutOnom® building was re-leased immediately, with no vacancy period. The site has an expansion potential of approximately 8,000 sqm, for which administrative permissions have already been secured, allowing for delivery within 12 months of agreement. ARGAN also controls a development project for a new warehouse of approximately 7,000 sqm within the same Frescaty area.
Impact on ARGAN's Portfolio
With this new lease, ARGAN's portfolio, consisting of about a hundred logistics sites and representing 4.0 million sqm, maintains a 100% occupancy rate. As of December 31, 2025, the group's portfolio amounts to 3.8 million sqm, valued at 4.1 billion euros, generating an annual rental income of more than 214 million euros.
