ARGAN has entered into a lease agreement with Ducournau Logistique for a 5,700 sqm unit at its AutOnom® site in Bain-de-Bretagne (Ille-et-Vilaine). This signing comes just weeks after the official inauguration of the site and marks the arrival of a second major tenant.

ARGAN and Ducournau Logistique have signed a lease for a 5,700 sqm unit located at the AutOnom® site in Bain-de-Bretagne, Ille-et-Vilaine. The site, to be delivered in early 2025, covers approximately 30,700 sqm and is divided into five units. With this signing, ARGAN welcomes a second major tenant to the site, alongside Dimolog (Dimotrans group), which occupies three units totaling 19,300 sqm.
Specifications of the Leased Unit
The unit leased to Ducournau Logistique includes a 5,400 sqm storage block and a 300 sqm office block. The Ducournau Logistique teams moved into their new facility in early December 2025. No information regarding the rent amount, lease duration, or specific terms was provided in the press release.
