Argan Signs Contract for New 30,000 m² Warehouse in Tournan-en-Brie
Argan has announced the signing of a lease with Jung Logistique for the development of a new 30,000 m² AutOnom® warehouse in Tournan-en-Brie, Seine-et-Marne.
Argan's Real Estate Portfolio Valued at 4.0 Billion Euros
Argan, a company specializing in the development and rental of warehouses, indicated that its real estate portfolio was valued at 4.0 billion euros as of June 30, 2025, with an annual rental income of more than 210 million euros. Listed on Euronext Paris, the company has received an 'Investment Grade' rating (BBB- with stable outlook) from Standard & Poor's. It owns a portfolio of 3.7 million m² comprising about a hundred warehouses across metropolitan France.
New Warehouse Features Autonomous Energy Production
The new Argan warehouse, covering an area of 30,000 m², is designed according to the AutOnom® model, generating its own energy through a 400 kWc photovoltaic power station, paired with 300 kWh storage batteries. Located in Tournan-en-Brie on a 6.2-hectare site, this project aims to reduce the energy footprint with residual CO2 emissions less than 1 kg/m²/year. The site will benefit from direct access to the railway network, promoting decarbonized transportation.
Strengthening Argan's Presence in a Key Logistic Area
The development of this new warehouse in Tournan-en-Brie marks the strengthening of Argan's presence in a historic logistic area. The project is part of Argan's strategy to offer infrastructures that combine operational and environmental performance. Ronan Le Lan, Chairman of the Executive Board of Argan, emphasized the importance of this project to support the sustainable ambitions of their tenant partners. Argan plans to announce its 2025 annual results on January 22, 2026.
