The company is also navigating a consolidating sector, marked by several transactions involving MediaKind, Harmonic, Lumine Group, and Synamedia. Growth Exceeding Expectations
Ateme reported a consolidated revenue of €30.4 million in the second quarter of 2026, up 29% as reported and 34% on a comparable basis. Over the first half of the year, revenue reached €50.4 million, up 20% and 25% on a comparable basis. The management indicates that this growth has exceeded their expectations. Monthly recurring revenue increased from €3.135 million in April to €3.245 million in July 2026, a sequential rise of 4%. Year-over-year, it has grown by 20%, representing an annual recurring revenue of €38.9 million.
Commercial Successes and Strengthened Technological Positioning
The group has secured several contracts with Moldtelecom and VTVcab, reinforcing its position as a reference partner for end-to-end OTT platforms. Partnerships with BCE, Scaleway, and Akamai also illustrate the flexibility of its approach from European sovereign cloud infrastructures to global deployments. Ateme continues to develop in production workflows for premium sports events, with projects in football and cricket as well as collaborations with Eurovision and RTL. Apple highlighted Ateme's immersive video workflow at the Worldwide Developers Conference 2026. The group is also experimenting with the Media over QUIC standard in real-world conditions at a major football event.

Recent consolidation in the video industry is rapidly transforming the competitive landscape. The press release specifically mentions the merger of MediaKind with Harmonic's video business and the agreement by Lumine Group to acquire the Video Network business from Synamedia.
