Ateme: Revenue Up 18% in Third Quarter, Recurring Revenue Growing 21%
Ateme published consolidated revenue of €24.6 million for the third quarter on October 22, 2026, up 18%. Beyond the quarter, the publication highlights the evolution of the recurring revenue base: monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is up 21% year-over-year and now corresponds to annual recurring revenue (ARR) of €39.7 million.
Management is relying on this base to confirm its 2026 EBITDA target of €15 million and to present part of the trajectory toward the €22 million target for 2027 as already covered by signed contracts. The year's objectives therefore do not rest solely on one-off sales in the coming months.
Growth of 19% Over Nine Months, 22% on Comparable Basis
For the third quarter alone, revenue reached €24.6 million, up 18% on a reported basis and 15% on a comparable basis (constant exchange rates and scope). Over the first nine months of 2026, growth stood at 19% on a reported basis and 22% on a comparable basis.
The gap between the two measures thus reverses depending on the period: foreign exchange and scope effects supported reported growth in the quarter, while they reduced it over the nine-month cumulative. In both readings, the progression remains in double digits.
For reference, the group achieved revenue of €96 million for fiscal year 2025, according to the accounts published on April 21, 2026. According to the consensus gathered on October 20, 2026, the sole analyst tracked anticipated €106 million in revenue for fiscal year 2026.
Monthly Recurring Revenue Up 21% Year-over-Year to €3.311 Million
The MRR, which adds up monthly revenue from support contracts, multi-year licenses and license leases already signed, increased from €2.735 million in October 2025 to €3.311 million in October 2026. This represents a sequential increase of 2% compared to €3.245 million in July 2026 and growth of 21% year-over-year.
The quarter's commercial activity was based on several technology partnerships, with Comcast Technology Solutions, M2A Media, Alpha Networks and iKO Media Group, covering video processing chains hosted in the cloud and live streaming of sporting events. An agreement with Viamedia also links Ateme's monetization platform to the ViaSSP advertising offering, targeting independent and regional operators.
The group also announced the integration of its sports media platform with Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise, while RTVE selected the TITAN Edge platform to equip new mobile production units. Michel Artières, Chief Executive Officer, reports "strong momentum across all our markets, particularly in the United States, where growth remains very robust."
EBITDA of €15 Million Confirmed for 2026, €22 Million Expected for 2027
The group indicates that the 19% growth over nine months, combined with cost management, strengthens its confidence in achieving its 2026 EBITDA target of €15 million. This target was already the one displayed in the report for fiscal year 2025 published on April 21, 2026: it is therefore maintained.
Given the acceleration typically observed in the fourth quarter, Ateme expects an MRR of approximately €3.5 million at the beginning of 2027, compared to approximately €3.0 million at the beginning of 2026. The ARR would thus reach approximately €42 million at the start of fiscal year 2027, compared to €36 million at the beginning of 2026.
According to the company, this recurring revenue generates very high gross margins, so that most of the €6 million increase in ARR should translate into an increase in gross margin. The group estimates that a significant portion of the growth needed to increase EBITDA from €15 million in 2026 to €22 million in 2027 would thus already be secured at the start of the fiscal year.
The next key dates are set for January 21, 2027 for 2026 annual revenue, then March 11, 2027 for annual results.
