FDJ United stock breaks through its floor of 250 sessions at €20.57
The gaming operator's share extends its decline in a retreating Paris market. It is now trading below all its medium-term benchmarks, one week after publishing its first nine months results.
A one-year low broken, with all moving averages pointing downward
FDJ United share falls 0.49% to €20.47 in trading, while the SBF 120 declines 0.73%. The share has just broken through its lowest level of the last 250 sessions, at €20.57, a level that has become resistance, and it now has no support below the current price. The RSI at 32 remains close to the oversold zone. The decline is part of an established pattern: the share is down 4.44% on the week and 22.29% over one year.
Its 200-day moving average at €23.07 stands 11.27% above the current price. Net declared short positions reach 6.56% of capital, spread across five funds, up 0.37 points over thirty days according to the filings consulted. This high level shows that institutional investors remain positioned for a decline, without the recent progression indicating marked acceleration. In a Paris market penalized by tension over French debt (10-year OAT at 5.13% on October 22), the share is moving in line with the index's decline.
Targets lowered by analysts following revenue decline at nine months
On October 21, the group published revenue down 5.6% over nine months. It cites fewer Euromillions jackpots, higher gains among sports bettors and increased taxation. It now anticipates a decline in revenues for the entire 2026, with current EBITDA margin around 23%. Following this, two firms revised their price target on October 22.
Deutsche Bank moves from €26.60 to €25.10 with a hold rating. CIC Market Solutions cuts its target from €29.00 to €21.00 and downgrades its rating from buy to hold. CIC's target is thus approximately 2.6% above the current price, Deutsche Bank's more than 22% above. Based on the consensus of surveyed analysts, the share trades at 9.1 times current year earnings.
