The Madrid-based real estate investment company has submitted a request to change its trading market listing covering all 834,000 of its ordinary shares. It was filed with a view to the envisaged admission of these securities to Portfolio Stock Exchange.
A formal request covering all 834,000 shares
In a press release dated 30 October 2026 in Madrid, Bimmart Investment SOCIMI stated that it had formally submitted to Euronext Paris S.A. a request for the voluntary delisting of its ordinary shares (ISIN ES0106008008), currently admitted to trading on Euronext Access Paris.
The company published this information pursuant to Article 17 of European Regulation No 596/2014 on market abuse, as well as Article 61004/2 of the Euronext Rule Book I relating to the ongoing obligations of listed companies.
A withdrawal synchronised with the envisaged listing on Portfolio Stock Exchange
According to the company, the exit from Euronext Access Paris will be synchronised with the admission of its shares to Portfolio Stock Exchange, in order to ensure continuous liquidity and trading opportunities for shareholders.
Bimmart specifies that the delisting request and the transition to this new market have been approved by its competent corporate bodies. The press release is signed by its Chief Executive Officer, Alberto Hernáiz Ballesteros.
An effective date subject to the Euronext Paris market notice
At this stage, the transaction remains at the request stage: the delisting is not yet effective. The last trading day of the shares on Euronext Access Paris, as well as the effective delisting date, remain subject to final approval and to the publication of a market notice by Euronext Paris S.A.
