HiPay Group shares fall 6% and threaten their €3.90 support
The online payment group falls sharply intraday, after a quarter that nevertheless showed growth. Investors are digesting a lowered annual forecast, while the targeted margin remains unchanged.
Growth forecast lowered despite a rise in the third quarter
Shares of HiPay Group fall 6.12% to €3.99, compared with €4.25 the previous day, a decline that deepens the 8.07% drop over one week. The group published third-quarter revenue this morning, up 1.6% to €18.0 million, but the nine-month total remains down 0.9%, at €54.6 million.
In this context, the company lowers its 2026 growth forecast to a range of 3% to 6%, from 5% to 8% previously. It does, however, confirm its targeted EBITDA margin of between 10% and 11% of revenue.
Several new client integrations are planned for the fourth quarter, amid uncertainty about consumer spending, particularly in France.

Today's decline extends a 24.7% slide over three months and a 55.7% drop over one year.
The price is below its 20-day moving average (MM20, a gap of 5.90%), its 50-day moving average (MM50, 11.33%) and its 200-day moving average (MM200, 25.28%), so the stock no longer has any of these references as support. It is now approaching its €3.90 support, 2.3% away from the current price, while the RSI at 39 remains below the neutral zone without reaching oversold territory.
The CAC 40 is roughly flat intraday, at -0.06%. HiPay had already broken a support in early October, after its half-year results showed a net loss of €1.4 million. The next technical level to watch is therefore this €3.90 support.
