Bureau Veritas Wins Seven Top 1 Awards in the 2026 Extel Survey
The certification and inspection group Bureau Veritas has been awarded seven top sector distinctions at the 2026 edition of the Extel survey among investment professionals in developed Europe. This recognition notably covers executive governance, financial communication, and ESG programs.
Seven Awards, Covering Governance, Investor Relations, ESG Programs, and Investor Events
This year, Bureau Veritas is among the 'most honored companies' in the Business & Employment Services sector. The group received seven Top 1 distinctions, including Hinda Gharbi (CEO) and François Chabas (CFO) being elected respectively as the best CEO and CFO in the sector. These rankings acknowledge the excellence in governance and executive management. This performance occurs in a context where the Extel survey, formerly known as Institutional Investor Research, gathers perceptions from 1,510 investment professionals from 686 financial institutions in developed Europe.
Excellence in Financial Communication and Corporate Responsibility
Bureau Veritas is also ranked top for its ESG program and investor relations policy. The group received awards for its best investor relations team, best investor relations program, and Laurent Brunelle as the best investor relations professional in the large market capitalization category. It is also rewarded for its best investor event. These awards highlight, according to the group, 'the commitment to excellence, transparency, innovation, and the creation of sustainable value for all our stakeholders.'
