Acquisition of 6 BTC through Capital Increase and ATM Mechanism
Capital B has finalized a capital increase of €0.4 million, executed under its ATM (At-the-Market) capital increase agreement with TOBAM. This operation allowed the group to acquire an additional 6 BTC. The capital increase was implemented at €0.65 per share, covering the subscription requests received between April 13 and April 17, 2026. The average subscription price of €0.65 represents a discount of 3.0% compared to the closing price of the day before the announcement, due to the observed volatility during the period. The operation was conducted without a prospectus subject to the approval of the Financial Markets Authority, in accordance with applicable conditions. The issued shares are subject to a request for admission to trading on Euronext Growth in Paris.
Bitcoin Portfolio and Average Acquisition Cost
Capital B and its subsidiary, Capital B Luxembourg SA, now hold a total of 2,943 BTC as part of their Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy. The total acquisition cost of these 2,943 BTC amounts to €270.5 million, corresponding to an average price of €91,924 per bitcoin. This average cost reflects all acquisitions made since the start of the reserve accumulation strategy. The execution of the acquisitions was handled by Swissquote Bank Europe SA, a virtual asset service provider registered with the Luxembourg regulator, while secure custody was entrusted to the technological solution of the Swiss company Taurus.
Annual and Quarterly Performance of BTC Yield
Capital B has achieved a BTC Yield of 1.61% since the beginning of the year and 0.88% since the start of the quarter. Over the same period, the group has generated a BTC Gain of 45.4 BTC since the beginning of the year and 25.4 BTC since the start of the quarter. In euros, the BTC € Gain amounts to €3.0 million since the beginning of the year and €1.7 million since the start of the quarter.
