Completion of Capital Increase and Bitcoin Acquisition
Capital B has finalized a capital increase amounting to €0.1 million at €0.60 per share, under an ATM-type capital increase agreement with TOBAM. This operation resulted in the issuance of 200,000 new ordinary shares. The acquisition of 2 BTC, funded by this capital increase, was executed by Swissquote Bank Europe SA, a provider of virtual asset services, with secure custody provided by Taurus technology.
Performance Metrics for the Year and Quarter
Since the beginning of the year, the group has reported a BTC Yield of 0.21%, a BTC Gain of 5.9 BTC, and a BTC € Gain of €0.35 million. For the quarter, the same indicators are reported at 0.21%, 5.9 BTC, and €0.35 million respectively. The company notes that an additional 60 BTC are held for operational needs and are not included in the published key performance indicators.
