Care Property Invest has announced the implementation of an optional dividend following a decision by its board of directors on May 27, 2026. Shareholders will have the option to receive their dividend in cash, contribute their net dividend rights to the company's capital in exchange for new shares, or combine these two options.

The dividend approved by the general assembly amounts to 1.00 euro gross per share, which is 0.85 euro net after a 15% withholding tax. The portion related to coupon no. 21 is 0.9233 euro gross per share, or 0.7848 euro net. Under the share option, a new share can be subscribed at an issuance price of 12.44 euros, in exchange for 15.85 rounded coupon no. 21.
An Option Period Open Until June 11
The option period will be open from June 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM until June 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Shareholders who do not communicate their choice within the deadline will automatically receive the dividend in cash.
