Compagnie Lebon Set to Sell Its Stake in Hotel Fauchon
On December 19, Compagnie Lebon announced the signing of a purchase agreement for the sale of its minority stake in Madeleine Premier, the operator of Hotel Fauchon in Paris, owned by its subsidiary Esprit de France.
According to the press release, an unidentified buyer has signed a purchase agreement for all the shares of Madeleine Premier. This transaction includes the 49% stake held by Esprit de France, a subsidiary of Compagnie Lebon, since 2016. Madeleine Premier owns the business of Hotel Fauchon, located in the Madeleine district of Paris. The operation is subject to customary suspensive conditions, the group specified. Esprit de France has been involved in the operation of this business since the establishment opened in 2018.
