Divestiture of Madeleine 1er Shares
Esprit de France has divested all of its shares held in Madeleine 1er. This transaction, effective January 9, 2026, generates a positive impact on the Group Net Income of Compagnie Lebon of 8.1 million euros under IFRS8 accounting and 9.3 million euros under IFRS accounting. These impacts will be recorded in the financial statements for the first half of 2026, to be published in October 2026. The impact on the Revalued Net Assets will be integrated into the financial statements as of December 31, 2025.
Acquisition of the 'Tourisme Avenue' Hotel
Paluel-Marmont Hotels led the acquisition of the walls and business of the 'Tourisme Avenue' hotel, a four-star establishment with 56 rooms located in the 15th district of Paris, near the Champ de Mars. Compagnie Lebon and its partners are financing the acquisition as well as the creation of an additional floor and extra rooms. The hotel management is entrusted to Esprit de France through service contracts covering project management and operational management.
Financial Results and Annual General Meeting
The 2025 financial results of Compagnie Lebon will be published on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, after the stock market closes. The annual general meeting is scheduled for May 20, 2026.
