Professional Background of the New Deputy CEO
Caroline Comet-Fraigneau has been appointed to the role of Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform. Prior to this appointment, she served as the Chief Revenue Officer on the Executive Committee of OVHcloud, after holding the position of Vice President for France, Benelux, Middle East & Africa within the same company. She accumulated eight years of experience at OVHcloud. Before joining OVHcloud, Caroline Comet-Fraigneau spent 20 years in the telecommunications sector at Orange, where she led various activities including the management of profit centers, operational units, and the implementation of customer experience-focused programs.
Educational Qualifications and Organizational Details
Caroline Comet-Fraigneau holds a degree from Telecom Paris and an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs. The Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform, established on January 1, 2019, encompasses 80% of the IT production, infrastructure, and technological platforms of the Crédit Agricole Group. The entity has over 2,000 employees distributed across various locations in France.
