Eduform'Action (MLEFA) confirms this Tuesday the organization of a webinar for individual shareholders and investors on Wednesday, June 24th. The training group will present its project to transfer its listing to Euronext Growth, alongside its 2025 results.
Presentation of the Stock Market Migration Project
During this session, the entrepreneurial group specialized in training will present the details of its transfer from Euronext Access Paris (current) to Euronext Growth. Cécile Béziat, Deputy Managing Director, and Ludivine Fayet, Chief Financial Officer, will host the event.
This stock market migration is part of the group's scaling strategy, founded in January 2022, which operates through an ecosystem of schools, vocational training centers, and training organizations in the sectors of health, management and workplace safety, digital and technology, as well as housing and energy renovation.
