French group Elis announces the acquisition of the entire share capital of Adrett Textilservice, a laundry service located in northern Germany. This move aims to consolidate the territorial network of the specialist in rental and maintenance services for professional textiles.

According to the press release, Adrett features a modern laundry facility located in Schuby, northern Germany, near the Danish border. The company offers flat linen rental and maintenance services, primarily catering to clients from the hospitality sector. Elis Group states that this market is particularly dynamic in Germany. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Elis's existing network in this geographical area. The acquired company currently employs about 140 people.
Management Continuity
The press release states that Adrett's management team will remain in place to continue the local development of the business. This managerial continuity is expected to facilitate the transition and maintain the established commercial relationships with the existing clientele. The operation is part of the strategy to strengthen the territorial mesh of the group in its countries of operation.

Adrett's revenue is estimated at around 12 million euros by 2025, according to the group. This activity will be consolidated in Elis's accounts starting January 1, 2026.
