Amy Flikerski has resigned from the Supervisory Board of Elis effective February 18, 2026. This decision follows the sale of shares by CPP Investments.
Details of the Resignation
Amy Flikerski, a member of the Elis Supervisory Board since June 2020, has informed the group of her resignation effective February 18, 2026. She was appointed at the suggestion of CPP Investments and also served on the social, environmental, and societal responsibility committee of the Supervisory Board. Her resignation follows the sale of 7,027,199 Elis shares, announced on February 12, 2026, and is part of the governance agreement between CPP Investments and Elis.
