Elis Completes Acquisition of ServBrazil, Bolstering Presence in Brazil
Elis Group has finalized the acquisition of 100% of ServBrazil, a Brazilian provider of flat linen rental and maintenance for the healthcare sector. This move strengthens the group's network in the country and follows one month after the acquisition of RS10 in Spain.
Acquisition Focused on the Healthcare Sector in Central-Northern Brazil
Elis has completed the acquisition of ServBrazil Soluções Em Lavanderia Ltda, a Brazilian company specializing in the rental and maintenance of flat linen for healthcare sector clients. The company generated a turnover of approximately 5 million euros in 2025, which is about 31.5 million reais at the 2025 exchange rate (1 EUR = 6.33 BRL).
The company operates several laundries located directly at its clients' sites (in situ model) in the central and northeastern regions of the country, including in the states of Goiás, Paraíba, and Piauí. This operational structure, typical of Elis's proximity model, facilitates the rapid rotation of linen and optimizes logistical costs for hospitals and clinics.
Operational Consolidation Starting July 2026
The transaction was concluded with an effective date of July 1, 2026. From this date, ServBrazil will be included in the consolidated accounts of the group. This acquisition is part of Elis's ongoing strategy to strengthen its network in Brazil, a country where the group continues to progressively expand its coverage among healthcare sector clients.
A Move Part of a Series of Regional Acquisitions
This acquisition occurs less than a month after the purchase of RS10, a Spanish laundry based near Barcelona, finalized on June 1, 2026. It reflects a pattern of localized acquisitions aimed at consolidating Elis's presence in its key markets, particularly among hospital clientele.
