Emeis Share: Down 18.5% in One Month, the Nursing Home Operator Recovers 1.5%
After an uninterrupted decline over several weeks, the manager of elderly care facilities rebounds in early afternoon. The movement is of modest scale and leaves the stock far from its medium-term benchmarks, in a Paris session oriented upward.
A Modest Rebound After a Decline of More Than 26% in Three Months
The Emeis share gains 1.59% to €10.21 during the session, compared to €10.05 at the last close. This recovery remains slight given the 18.45% decline recorded over one month and 26.86% over three months. The stock ranks among gainers in the SBF 120, in an index advancing 0.41%.
The support level at €9.89, briefly touched and broken through on Friday, before being reclaimed at close, remains the level to watch. The RSI at 24 indicates an oversold configuration, a sign of a decline without any real relief. The 20-day moving average at €11.20 stands 8.84% above the current price, and the 200-day moving average at €13.81 stands 26.07% above.

The group published its first-half 2026 results on July 29. It indicated that the half-year performance enabled an upward revision of its 2026 guidance, with the trend since the start of the year confirming the momentum observed in 2025 and even exceeding its initial expectations. Since this publication, the stock has nonetheless continued to decline, and disposals are ongoing: Emeis completed its withdrawal from Latin America in early October, for approximately €111 million in disposals excluding residual land.
Over one year, the share is down 31.93%. The resistance level at €13.19 is now far from the current price.
