The lease agreement covers approximately 6,600 sqm of workspace. The Signature building, acquired by Gecina in July 2025, is located in the central business district near Saint-Lazare Station and Saint-Augustin. The spaces feature amenities including rooftops, a full service offering with dining options, a business center, and a fitness area. The building offers accessibility near the second largest transport hub in the Paris region.
Lease Duration and Conditions
The lease is agreed for a firm duration of 9 years, marketed at a prime rent level. This pre-leasing occurs one year before the building's delivery.
Current Leasing Status
With this signing, the Signature building is now pre-leased at nearly 30%. Other negotiations are ongoing. Gecina states that this building is among the four iconic projects currently under development.
