Hopium: Board Resignation and Arrival of a Former Executive from a Listed Company
Hopium announces changes in its Board of Directors with the resignation of one director and the co-optation of a new member. These changes follow the end of the term of a female director.
Board Reshuffle at Hopium
Hervé Lenglart has tendered his resignation as a board member, effective from March 27, 2026. Concurrently, the Board of Directors has decided to co-opt Thierry Chambon as a director, replacing Anne-Cécile Mathon-Montes whose term ended on March 6, 2026. The co-optation of Thierry Chambon is subject to ratification by the shareholders at the next General Assembly.
Profile of the New Director
Thierry Chambon brings experience from the industrial and technological sectors. He led Energisme, a company listed on Euronext Growth specializing in energy data management, for nearly ten years from 2014 to 2024, during which he supported the company's development and structuring. The Board of Directors of Hopium now consists of four members: Pascal Ghoson (Chairman), Thomas Picquette (CEO and Director), Thierry Chambon (Independent Director), and Gabriel Rafaty (Independent Director).
