IT Link Reports Stable Revenue in 2025 Despite Headwinds
IT Link, a specialist in connected systems, released its annual results for 2025 on Thursday. The consolidated revenue stands stable at 82.6 million euros over twelve months, with an organic growth of 0.6% at constant exchange rates.
Financial Performance Details
IT Link Group's revenue amounted to 82.6 million euros in 2025, down by 0.1% in reported figures. At constant exchange rates, the activity shows an organic growth of 0.6%. Adjusted for an unfavorable calendar effect of one less production day in the year, the growth would be 0.3% in reported data and 1.0% at constant exchange rates. The fourth quarter recorded revenue of 20.4 million euros, down by 1.3% (stable at -0.4% at constant exchange rates). In the second half, the revenue reached 40.27 million euros, down by 1.1% (-0.3% at constant exchange rates). The year 2025 was marked by commercial investment, allowing the group to strengthen its position with strategic clients such as Stellantis, RATP, Alstom, Crédit Agricole, and MBDA, with significant renewals and reference gains.
Geographic and Sector Performance
Geographically, France recorded a decrease of 0.8% in 2025, while international markets showed a growth of 5.3% (7.8% at constant exchange rates). The negative impact of exchange rate fluctuations on Canadian operations represented 0.7 percentage points. The solutions activities experienced an increase of 23.0% in reported figures (25.2% at constant exchange rates) and accounted for more than 12.5% of the group's revenue. The activity rate reached 91% in the fourth quarter. As of December 31, 2025, the group's workforce totaled 880 employees, up from 870 at the end of 2024. The total productive workforce, including subcontracting partners, amounted to 908 consultants.
Strategic Growth and Future Outlook
Since the launch of the Connext'25 plan in January 2021, IT Link Group has recorded a 68% growth in its revenue, rising from 49.1 million euros to 82.6 million euros. The number of employees increased from 645 at the end of 2020 to 880 at the end of 2025, while the total productive workforce grew from 614 consultants to 908. International activities, driven by the dynamics in the Benelux (growth of 126% over five years), the launch of the Moroccan subsidiary in 2021, and the acquisition of Ciao Technologies in January 2024, now represent 19.7% of the revenue. The solutions activities have shown growth exceeding 120% over the period. IT Link Group, operating under four brands - IT Link, NRX, RADèS, and Ciao Technologies - will present its complete annual results and unveil its new strategic plan on March 26, 2026, after the market closes.
