Les Constructeurs du Bois announces the signing of a contract with the social housing provider 3F Grand Est for 46 units in its Eco'City program in Houdemont, amounting to 6.6 million euros including tax. According to the group, more than a third of the privately-owned units have already been reserved.

The social housing provider 3F Grand Est signed on December 18, 2025, the acquisition of two two-level buildings as part of the Eco'City program in Houdemont, the company reports. The transaction includes 46 units for a total amount of 6.6 million euros including tax. According to the press release, this signature demonstrates the continuation of the partnership between the provider and the eco-developer, initiated from the early phases of the project. According to LCB, this commitment contributes to the social dimension of the future district, while the marketing of privately-owned units continues in parallel. The program is located in Houdemont, near Nancy, in a town that the group describes as attractive both residentially and commercially. Eco'City is currently the only new program offered by the city, the statement specifies.
Marketing to Individuals
The marketing aimed at individuals, launched at the end of August 2025, has generated 12 reservation contracts to date, according to the company. LCB states that this momentum confirms the attractiveness of the offer. The project includes a shared green space and plans for the installation of local services, including a medical hub with a pharmacy and several health professionals, as well as a community hall, the press release notes. The group emphasizes that the program's positioning, its pricing, and the quality of the housing meet the expectations of customers looking for efficient and comfortable spaces. Construction began the day after the agreement with 3F Grand Est, the eco-developer notes, with partial delivery expected by 2027.
Eco'City of Houdemont: A Benchmark Project
According to LCB, the Eco'City of Houdemont is the most accomplished program developed by the group to date. The company reports that the project relies on 100% renewable energy and construction entirely in wood, except for the basement. The program meets at least the 2028 threshold of the RE 2020 environmental regulation, with potential for superior performance, the statement indicates. The group presents this project as an illustration of the level of maturity achieved in eco-construction and its ability to design low-carbon projects. As a reminder, LCB achieved a turnover of 23.6 million euros in 2024, up 58.2% compared to 2023. The group, founded in 2011 and specializing in wooden eco-construction, has particularly developed in promoting senior residences and medical homes in the Grand Est, before broadening its focus to intergenerational eco-districts.
