Munic Announces Share Capital Structure as of December 31, 2025
The specialist in embedded technologies and artificial intelligence for vehicle data enhancement has disclosed the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital at the end of 2025, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Details of Share Capital
As of December 31, 2025, Munic's share capital consists of 9,177,039 shares, according to the statement released by the company. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 15,324,266, while the number of exercisable voting rights reaches 15,265,066. This disclosure is made pursuant to Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, which requires listed companies to communicate this information monthly.
Voting Rights Mechanism
The discrepancy between the number of shares and the number of theoretical voting rights indicates the existence of a double voting rights mechanism within the company. This mechanism, established by the Florange Law of 2014, automatically grants double voting rights to shares held nominatively for more than two years. The difference between theoretical and exercisable voting rights corresponds to treasury shares or shares temporarily deprived of voting rights.
