Financial Performance in 2025
Neolife announced a book revenue of €12.4M and a normative revenue of €10.9M for the fiscal year 2025, marking a growth of 3.3% compared to 2024. The leading European group in sustainable construction bio-composites confirmed it met its expected growth targets for the second half of 2025, as per its forecast announced on October 31. This performance was supported by strong commercial results in France and internationally. The construction sector is experiencing significant tension, characterized by a marked slowdown in new projects and widespread caution among clients. In this challenging environment, Neolife demonstrates the resilience of its model with growth fueled by the renovation sector and an increased commercial presence on the ground, both with clients and at regional professional trade shows. The group relies on a distinctive positioning: sustainable, low-carbon, and bio-based solutions that align with new market expectations.
Domestic and International Sales
Domestic sales increased by €0.5M and accounted for 81% of Neolife's revenue. Internationally, business amounted to €2.1M in 2025, down from €2.2M in 2024. The recovery observed in the second half helped offset the decline seen at the start of the year. The group leverages its expertise gained in Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Benelux to accelerate its international expansion. With support from Bpifrance and the AURA Region, Neolife intensifies its prescription activities and exclusive partnerships in Europe and the United Arab Emirates. This development is long-term and mobilizes dedicated financial and human resources to sustain this momentum. The group aims to continue its dynamic by accelerating innovation and the deployment of its responsible offerings, aimed at both the energy renovation market and new construction.
Growth Ambitions and Prospects for 2026
Neolife reinforces its growth ambitions and shows promising prospects for 2026. This confidence is based on the strengthening of teams and strategic market positioning. The group was also awarded an EcoVadis Silver medal for its CSR policy in December 2025. The next financial communication with the publication of the 2025 results is scheduled for March 31, 2026.
