NetMedia Group Launches Capital Marque, a Service Dedicated to Investment Funds
On Tuesday, NetMedia Group announced the launch of Capital Marque, a novel service developed by its Sequoia agency and aimed at investment funds. This new service is designed to support portfolio companies in transforming and enhancing their brand equity throughout the holding period.
A Modular Offering Structured in Three Phases Over Three Months
Capital Marque is structured around an initial diagnosis (analysis of existing corpus, interviews with executives, clients, and partners), followed by the formalization of the brand foundation (platform, strategic discourse, naming, and architecture) and an operational deployment (graphic and editorial territory, charter, guidelines, launch mechanisms). The offering is proposed in a modular fashion, allowing funds to engage Sequoia's expertise based on the maturity of their investment: strategy and architecture, positioning and identity, discourse and communication, deployment and engagement.
Positioning at Four Key Moments of the Investment Cycle
Capital Marque specifically targets funds during external growth (build-up, successive acquisitions), group creation (unification of siloed brands), strategic pivot (new business model), and preparation for divestiture (maximizing valuation before exit or secondary LBO). Sequoia substantiates its expertise with a track record of about 100 brand platforms delivered and over 15 years of supporting transformational groups. The agency has conducted missions for Argos Fund (repositioning of Olinn, creation of Agôn Electronics group brand, brand architecture for Juratoys and MPH) and supports several other private equity players, including Isatis Capital and Amethis.
