The rebound remains fragile given the underlying dynamics: the stock has lost 37.35% over the week and 48.9% over three months, with a yearly decline of -77.48%. The $95 million fundraising completed on June 10, at an issue price of $1.72 per share, mechanically diluted existing shareholders and explains a significant part of the recent downturn. Regarding indicators, the price is well below its three moving averages: the MM20 at €2.25 is nearly 32% above, and the MM200 at €4.15 is nearly 63% above. An RSI at 22 indicates marked seller exhaustion, consistent with the respite observed today. The support identified at €1.34 remains the reference zone in case of further declines.
Invest Securities Lowers Target to €5 While Maintaining Buy Rating
Invest Securities adjusted its price target yesterday from €8.50 to €5.00, while maintaining a buy rating. At the current price, the new target offers a theoretical upside potential of over 220%. The capital increase secures funding for the commercial rollout of the Genio system in the United States, which received FDA approval last year. During the first quarter of 2026 (published on May 12, 2026), the company aimed for sequential revenue growth of 25 to 30% in the second quarter, with an expected gross margin between 60% and 62%. The company also initiated a CEO succession process in early June, with the anticipated arrival of an American executive to lead the acceleration phase in the U.S. In the short term, maintaining the support at €1.34 remains the most closely monitored technical benchmark.
