Obiz: record revenue of €144.9M in 2025/26, up 3%
On October 30, 2026, Obiz published consolidated revenue of €144.9M for the 2025/26 financial year, closed on September 30, up 3% year on year. The Lyon-based group presents this as a record level.
Growth is not evenly distributed. Relationship and affinity programs grew by 20%, while e-commerce storefronts, which generate most of the revenue, advanced by 2%.
At the same time, the company confirmed its target of €7M in EBITDA for the 2026/27 financial year, included in its Équinoxe 2027 strategic plan.
Revenue of €144.9M, up 3% over twelve months
The comparison is based on a recalculated baseline. The 2025 financial year lasted only nine months, from January 1 to September 30, 2025, due to a change in the opening and closing dates of the financial year.
Over twelve months, from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, recalculated revenue stands at €140.1M. It rose to €144.9M in the 2025/26 financial year, according to unaudited consolidated data.
In detail, relationship and affinity programs rose from €10.7M to €12.9M, an increase of 20%. Business volume for e-commerce storefronts reached €132.0M, compared with €129.3M a year earlier, an increase of 2%.
The published total falls short of the €149M expected by the only analyst included in our consensus before publication.
E-commerce storefronts, €132M in revenue, set the group's pace
With €132.0M out of €144.9M, e-commerce storefronts account for the bulk of consolidated revenue. Their 2% growth therefore largely determines the overall 3% growth.
Relationship and affinity programs, the group's historical business, show the fastest growth but remain a minority in volume, at €12.9M. Despite their minority share of revenue, relationship and affinity programs contributed a significant portion of the group's growth.
According to Obiz, this progress is driven by the numerous new programs signed over the last few financial years. The group says it is confident in its objective of signing more than 150 new programs by 2027.
The company states that it currently operates more than 150 relationship and affinity programs for 35 million beneficiaries, with a network of more than 55,000 commercial partners and €1.5bn in financial flows processed each year.
The target of €7M in EBITDA for the 2026/27 financial year confirmed
Since the end of 2024, Obiz has undertaken a transformation phase aimed at strengthening its operational efficiency and profitability. The plan relies on optimizing costs and organization, technology solutions linked to employee benefits, and strengthening its pricing power for its offers.
The group recalls that EBITDA rose by 52% in the first half of the 2025/26 financial year, to €1.3M. It says it relies on these initial effects and on the expected growth of EBITDA over the whole 2025/26 financial year.
The target of €7M in EBITDA in 2027 had already been indicated when the 2025 financial statements were published, on February 3, 2026. It is maintained, with the stated priorities of improving profitability and increasing cash flow generation.
Brice Chambard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, refers to “a sustainable growth trajectory” and to the continued execution of the Équinoxe 2027 plan. The 2025/26 annual results will be published on January 29, 2027, with an EBITDA target of €7M for the 2026/27 financial year in sight.
