Plastivaloire Reports Modest 1.3% Growth in Q1 of Fiscal Year 2025-2026
Plastivaloire, a manufacturer of complex plastic parts, recorded a revenue of 164.3 million euros in its first fiscal quarter (October-December 2025), marking a year-on-year increase of 1.3%. This growth continues the performance of the previous quarter and reflects sustained activity in its automotive sector despite a challenging market environment.
Financial Performance Overview
The group's revenue reached 164.3 million euros in the first quarter of 2025-2026, up from 162.2 million a year earlier, representing a raw growth of 1.3%, or 3.1% at constant exchange rates. This development is in line with Plastivaloire's annual trajectory and extends the momentum seen in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year, which had seen a growth of 0.7%. The automotive sector, including parts and tooling, remains the main driver of this growth with a revenue of 137.8 million euros, an increase of 2.8%. Sales of parts remain well-oriented, supported by the group's positioning on programs considered resilient. Tooling billings recorded significant growth, driven by launches planned during the current fiscal year. In contrast, the Industries sector posted a revenue of 26.5 million euros, down 6.0% year-on-year. The automotive sector accounts for 83.9% of the quarterly revenue, while the Industries sector makes up 16.1%.
Geographical Performance
By region, Europe recorded a business volume of 148.3 million euros, growing by 3.5% (or 5.0% at constant exchange rates), maintaining the group's positive momentum on this continent. The Americas zone, comprising the United States and Mexico, experienced a reverse trend with a revenue of 16.0 million euros, down by 15.2% (or 11.5% excluding exchange rate effects). This contraction is due to lower production rates than anticipated among some clients in the region. The group remains attentive to this complex market environment and continues its efforts to adapt its cost and financing structure to the level of activity. Plastivaloire highlights a strong portfolio of programs that has allowed it to outperform the European market for several months.
Upcoming Financial Announcement
The group will publish its revenue for the first half of the fiscal year 2025-2026 on May 20, 2026.
