Detailed Review of AS Pro Kapital Grupp's Financials
AS Pro Kapital Grupp, a subsidiary 49.62% owned by Preatoni Group and listed on the Nasdaq Baltic Stock Exchange in Tallinn, has published its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. These statements were approved by the Supervisory Board of AS Pro Kapital Grupp on April 15, 2026. The only difference from the provisional accounts published on February 27, 2026, is a reclassification between current and non-current liabilities on the balance sheet, with no change in the total amount of debt.
