Prismaflex: Annual Revenue Hits €51.2M, Down by 6.6%
Prismaflex International concludes its 2025-2026 fiscal year with a revenue of €51.2 million, a decrease of 6.6% compared to the previous year. This decline is primarily attributed to the Hardware division, which shrank by 16.7%, affected by a high comparison base and a decrease in orders for static boxes and urban furniture. However, the Print division returned to growth in the fourth quarter (+8.0%), adding some positive notes to a year marked by sector volatility.
Print Re-energizes in the Last Quarter, Hardware Still Lagging
The Print activity reported an annual revenue of €35.38 million, almost stable with a slight decline of 1.3% at current exchange rates, but a slight growth of 0.2% at constant exchange rates. In the fourth quarter alone, Print recorded a performance of €8.92 million (+8.0%), marking its return to growth after a more subdued start to the fiscal year. The Communication segment, accounting for €34.9 million over the year (+0.5%), benefited from a strong last quarter driven by markets in South Africa, Spain, and Canada. France and England, however, saw declines, the former feeling the impact of an unfavorable comparison following the 2024 Olympics. Meanwhile, the Interior Decoration segment contributed €0.5 million to the annual revenue (compared to €1.1 million in 2024-2025), regaining some momentum in the second half thanks to the revival of the Koziel.fr site.
Hardware in Crisis: LED Sales to the Rescue
The Hardware activity recorded a sharp decline of 16.7% to €15.85 million. This contraction follows the very strong growth of the previous fiscal year and is mainly due to the expected decrease in volumes of static boxes for specialized distribution and fewer orders in urban furniture. The fourth quarter for Hardware showed a decline of 23.5% to €4.87 million, reflecting exceptional deliveries of furniture and boxes at the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The LED branch was the bright spot of this division, growing by 14.1% to €7.1 million, supported by significant deliveries in France to advertisers and municipalities. Other activity segments declined by 31.7% to €8.8 million. The order book as of March 31, 2026, stands at €10.0 million, compared to €10.6 million a year earlier, reflecting a slight contraction although the group still sees capacity to regenerate it quarter after quarter.
Print Strong, Hardware on the Rebound: Signs of Recovery for 2026-2027
Prismaflex enters the 2026-2027 fiscal year with an order book of €10.0 million as of March 31, 2026, plus a significant order of €2 million recorded in April in the Hardware branch in Africa. The Hardware division starts with €5.0 million in order books, mainly composed of LED orders and renewals of traveler shelter parks from French municipalities. Print has a solid order book of €4.9 million to start the fiscal year. The management anticipates stability in the volumes of static boxes compared to the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The Communication activity is expected to remain well-oriented, while the Interior Decoration should see growth, with the revival of Koziel.fr receiving a favorable reception. The group targets a return to growth in 2026-2027 while controlling its operational expenses. Debt reduction remains a stated priority.
