Réalités becomes Reed Immobilier following completion of its restructuring plan
The general meeting of Réalités group approved on September 14, 2026 a change of corporate name, marking the conclusion of a restructuring procedure initiated amid a downturn in the French real estate market.
A name change at the end of a ten-year continuation plan
Meeting in general assembly on September 14, 2026, the company approved the transition from the Réalités name to Reed Immobilier. This change comes at the end of a restructuring procedure and a continuation plan established over ten years, approved by the Nantes Commercial Court on February 18, 2026. Founded in 2003 by Yoann Choin-Joubert and Christophe de Brébisson, the group developed over two decades as a real estate developer and operator, before experiencing, from 2023 onwards, one of the most severe downturns ever seen in the French real estate sector. The procedure led to a drastic reduction in the Group's scope.
Capital increase through conversion of receivables and shareholder restructuring
The name change is accompanied by a capital increase through conversion of receivables, planned for the coming weeks, which restructures the shareholding in favor of its creditors. Since the approval of the plan, the company indicates it has implemented several steps: transformation of Réalités into a limited partnership with capital stock under the management of Nexus (Yoann Choin-Joubert, Chairman; Nicolas Bany, Chief Executive Officer); merger-absorption, effective June 30, 2026, of its three main holding companies within a single entity; approval on July 31, 2026, then certification on August 7, 2026, of the 2025 financial statements.
A new identity to be announced shortly
According to Yoann Choin-Joubert, Chairman, this work was a condition for restart and opens the way to a new chapter under the Reed name. The group indicates that it will shortly communicate on its new identity, its new corporate name and its ambitions for the years to come. Réalités has been listed on Euronext Growth Paris since 2014 and is eligible for PEA-PME (ISIN FR0011858190, ticker ALREA).
