Explanation of Voting Rights Discrepancy
The group specifies that the number of actual exercisable voting rights reached 102,978,271 as of December 31, 2025. This difference of 233,506 voting rights from the theoretical number is due to the exclusion of treasury shares held by the company, which are devoid of voting rights, as well as shares whose voting rights are suspended in accordance with Article L.233-14 of the Commercial Code.
