From May 28, 2026, the date of Selectirente's annual general meeting, he will take over as chairman of Selectirente Gestion, replacing Jérôme Descamps, whose term will end on that date. Career Path of Jean-Marc Peter
Jean-Marc Peter began his career at BNP Paribas Australia, then moved to Eurofin (formerly CCF). He later became the head of CNIT La Défense within the Vivendi group. In 2003, he joined Sofidy where he helped to structure and deploy an investment strategy focused on the quality of locations. Since 2013, he has been the CEO of Sofidy, a role he will hold until April 30, 2026, when his term ends due to the merger of Sofidy into Tikehau Investment Management. Jean-Marc Peter holds a degree from École des Ponts et Chaussées and an MBA from INSEAD.
