Shareholders will have the option to receive their dividends in US dollars, euros, or British pounds. The equivalent in British pounds and euros will be announced on June 15, 2026. By default, shareholders holding their shares through Euroclear Nederland will receive their dividends in euros. Other shareholders and CREST members will receive their dividends in British pounds, unless a valid alternative election is made. Dividends paid on American Depositary Shares (ADS) will be paid in US dollars by default, with each ADS representing two ordinary shares.

The deadline for currency election is set for 11:00 AM GMT on June 8, 2026. Shareholders may consult their financial intermediary to understand specific deadlines applicable to their holding situation. Third-party organizations offer Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRIP) that allow shareholders to automatically reinvest their dividends into company shares.
