Shell: Q1 2026 Dividend Set at €0.3381 or 29.18 Pence per Share
On Monday, Shell plc announced the payment terms in euros and pounds sterling for the first quarter 2026 dividend, initially set at $0.3906 per share on May 7.
The Shell Board of Directors has specified the currency equivalents for this interim dividend. Shareholders who have made a valid election before June 8, 2026, will receive $0.3906, €0.3381, or 29.18 pence per ordinary share, depending on their choice. Currency conversions were based on average market exchange rates from the three trading days of June 10 to June 12, 2026. In the absence of a valid election, shareholders holding their shares via Euroclear Nederland will receive the dividend in euros; other shareholders, whether holding their shares in physical or dematerialized form (CREST members), as well as holders through the Shell Corporate Nominee, will receive the dividend in pounds sterling.
