Showroomprivé returns to growth in third quarter (+0.7%), a first in 14 quarters
Showroomprivé published on October 22, 2026 a third quarter revenue of 102.7 million euros, up 0.7% on a restated scope excluding The Bradery. This positive change comes after declines of 6% in the first quarter and 12% in the second quarter. The online event sales group indicates this is its first quarterly growth in 14 quarters.
Over nine months, revenue remains down 6.2%, at 320.8 million euros. Activity is driven by international business and Fashion, while the Home and Beauty segments continue to decline.
Third quarter revenue of 102.7 million euros, up 0.7%
For the third quarter alone, sales volume (GMV) reached 162.9 million euros, down 3.3% year-over-year, compared to a decline of 5.2% in the first half. Total Internet revenue increased 2.4%, to 101.5 million euros. Other revenues declined 57.9%, to 1.2 million euros.
Growth came primarily from abroad: International Internet revenue increased 10.7%, to 29.3 million euros. In France, Internet revenue was nearly flat (-0.6%, at 72.2 million euros), while declining 9.1% over nine months.
Cumulatively, GMV reached 529.3 million euros (-4.7%) and net revenue 320.8 million euros (-6.2%). Showroomprivé's market share among event sales websites is 15.5% in the third quarter, a level identical to last year, according to Fox Intelligence Retail. These data have not been audited.
Fashion and international up, Home and Beauty down
By segment, GMV performance in the third quarter is mixed. The Fashion segment advanced 6%, driven by Sportswear (+22%), Men's Ready-to-Wear (+22%) and Lingerie (+46%), offsetting declines in Women's Ready-to-Wear (-32%) and Jewelry (-17%). The Travel & Leisure segment gained 4% and Marketplace 3%.
Conversely, the Home segment declined 22%, with decreases of 71% in High-Tech and 51% in Home Appliances, which the group attributes notably to low-price platforms and refurbished products. The Beauty segment declined 47%, primarily due to delayed activity at Beauté Privée. SRP Services declined 27%. At the publication of the September 2026 half-year results, the group reported a decline of 39.8% in the Beauty segment's GMV and 24% for the Home & Tech segment, as well as an increase of 40.9% in Marketplace GMV.
Customer indicators over nine months show a decline in the number of buyers of 19.8%, to 2.36 million, and of 27.3% in new buyers, to 470,000. The share of loyal buyers moved from 79% to 72%. In the same period, GMV per buyer increased 18.8%, to 224.6 euros, and the average number of orders per buyer increased 21.7%, to 2.5. Average basket declined 2.4%, to 89.4 euros.
Transformation plan focused on Home & Tech and Beauty segments
For David Dayan, Chief Executive Officer, this quarter "marks an encouraging step in Showroomprivé's recovery". The group itself qualifies this evolution as "fragile", in a consumer environment it describes as delicate.
By the end of fiscal year 2026, the company indicates it is concentrating efforts on the recovery of the Home & Tech and Beauty segments, strengthening sales teams and customer experience. It also intends to rely on international business, Marketplace and Social Retail Media, while continuing to control its costs.
Annual 2026 revenue will be published on January 28, 2027. The main feature of this publication remains the third quarter change: revenue of 102.7 million euros, up 0.7%, after a decline of 12% in the second quarter.
